A campaign with the slogan “Say No to Plastic” was organized by BPPL

A campaign with the slogan “Say No to Plastic” was organized by Baraka Patenga Power Limited (BPPL), a concern of Baraka Group yesterday. In the presence of Mr. Saleh Ahmed Chowdhury, Counselor, 41 no Patenga Ward, Chattogram, Mr. Aminul Islam, AGM, Plant (BPPL) led the campaign. In this campaign they removed the plastic bottle, plastic items along with other non-biodegradable waste from the canal in front of BPPL. They also aware the local people about the serious impact of excessive using of plastic on the environment and the human being. Other senior officials from BPPL were also present in the campaign. The initiative was covered by the local reputed newspaper “Dainik Purbokone” as well.
